Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy Please review these policies before booking your session. All Sales Are Final All session purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing your booking, you are reserving dedicated time with me that has been set aside specifically for you. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and availability. While I cannot guarantee that a late rescheduling request can be accommodate, I will do my best to work with you when possible. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, as well as missed appointments/no-shows, are non-refundable and cannot be credited toward a future session. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time and ready for your session. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so that I can honor the appointments that follow. Sessions cannot be extended due to late arrival. Booking Window Sessions must be booked at least **24 hours in advance**. If you are looking for an appointment sooner than that, you are welcome to reach out to me directly and I can let you know if I have availability. Technology & Connection For virtual sessions, please make sure you have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, private space where you can be present for our time together. If a technical issue occurs on my end that prevents us from completing the session, we will arrange a new time together. Your Information If your session involves astrology or Human Design, please make sure the birth information you provide is as accurate as possible. Birth time, in particular, can affect the information available for your session. The Nature of This Work These sessions are intended to support self-awareness, reflection, and a deeper understanding of your patterns and experiences. They are not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. A Note on Your Time When you book, you are reserving a specific period of time for yourself. I ask that you honor that commitment to yourself and to the space we are creating together. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
